Um, neither platform is supported here. You're better off on a different forum.
Long story short, it might be possible. IF you have fab skills, just make a new bracket that fits the rails and seats you wanna use.
EDIT: Do you have a cherokee with wrangler seats? Or a wrangler that you want Renegade seats in? You post is extremely vague.

Hmmm.... I'm gonna take a wild guess that your "Cherokee" is made after 2001... and you're not in America... amiright?
If so, you have what we call in the states, a "Liberty" and as was said, this unfortunately isn't the right forum.
