Default scratch resistant clear coat

I'm planning on repainting my jeep black this summer and was wondering what is a good scratch resistant clear coat. I do lots of hunting and am always scraping against mesquite brush and would like something that can take some abuse.

Does Rhino Liner come in clear? Actually Dupont Dulux clear is tougher than the color base coats. I suspect other brands may be formulated the same as the clear is purposeful to be scratch serviced and protect the color coat. Talk with a couple of source locations from whom you are considering buying your paint. We get our paint here thru Canusa APC our primary parts supplier, or CarQuest further north, the local Napa doesn't do paint although I think they do down in the big smoke.

I think the clear coat means all the tree sap that protects the base metal after the branches have scraped away all the paint.

Lol, that red rain used to be acid rain, that's one of the thing the clear coat was supposed to protect the world from. I don't suppose we are helping Fletch with his original question. Probably get the toughest sap for clear coat in a hardwoods (maple, oak) as the evergreens (pines and spruce) sap stays soft and sticky although the needles spread the sap more evenly. Really though you could also talk to a couple of autobody shops, get a cost estimate and some info. Then compare the stories and what product brands they offered and do a google on the brand names. The manufacturers sites often have tech data, even some have a tech support contact who could provide a better informed guidance. Perhaps a true painter will respond to the post. I call my paint a 20ft job as it looks best from that distance.
