It is really simple for me since I deal with the xj components more then anyone else up here but for some including the retard lol who is new with us and is very very very very slow haha. So once again I do apologize for your troubles and only wish I could have helped you more in the get go instead of getting on here after the fact trying to do some damage control. In the future for you or anyone else that is interested in Rough Country products feel free to contact me direct my ext is 121

I wish I would have known this before. The slow one is darold and the first guy that helped me was Rusty. They the manager is Davie. Atleast that is what I was told. Davie told me That the parts could not even be broken down. I had to argue with him for a while to finally get him to ship them out. Then like I said I had to pay for overnight shipping just to have what I was told I would already have. I personally dont think I should have paid for it but it was the only way to have my jeep finished.

I would not of been able to do anything for the nda charges but I would of gotten you everything the first time. I hope this transaction with us doesnt stop you from future ones and as long as I am around call me I will always get you what you need and if it is on back order I have no problem telling you lol I would rather tell you up front then have to deal with the call backs later haha

that sucks u had those problems man, i ordered the 6.5" kit a little while back and also had to wait a good bit for the control arms but other than that i didnt have any problems. just getting the little odds and ends like brake lines, rims and tires stuff like that.

No I would deal with your guys again and would recommend the lift. I just was mad about my issue. I will be sure to contact you though from now on. Thanks for being concerned too.
