i think i put a diagram with measurements in my thread. its 1" sq tubing with a sheet of bbq grading. its mounted with home made gutter mounts

Beat me to it, Rola makes a solid rack. Scored mine at Sam's Club of all places for $100.

Here is my Craigslist Find. $65 Full Size Confer Rack. Still looking for metal to use as a floor but it was complete and solid with a 6 drip rail mounts. Once the floor goes in we will install lighting and a Spare Mount.

built from 1in conduit for the rails 1\2in for the floor,alum strips tie the top and bottom together,sheet metal around the corners,useing self tappers to hold it all in place.

Haha that thing does get used alot. Its also great for catching all those pesky low branches too! I dont know how many twigs and branches he pulled out when me an him went wheeling.

And those are Guages, he has the dummy guage cluster. Hopefully he'll chime in with more info. I know one is an RPM guage, and another is coolent temp, dont remember the other
