first off, not sure if this is the right section.

I painted my spare wheel a little differently, and i'm not too sure how i feel about it. Tell me what you think of it.





this was just an experiment to see how it would look so i didnt take much care in taping. i'm really not sure if i like it or not

Its diffrent, inwhich i like. Wheels made such as those with all of it painted the same color looks tacky.

 

 

I would have gone the opposite (black insets, polished face), but it looks good.

 

I would have sand blasted the rim. Painted it gloss black. Then buff out the top surface to a nice shine. Then a coat of clear. No taping involved on rim. Other than to cover the tire. JMO!

 

i would be curious to see the opposite version, maybe i can get ahold of another rim like these
