So im picking this up hopefully later, will it be able to hold my 31" spare and is there a way to mount up some lights on it?

I have a surco rack on mine and I have a 31" spare on it, but I used the bracket they sell to hold it down. Also I used the light brackets they sell for my lights. If your up to it I don't think it would be hard to make some simple brackets yourself to mount your tire and lights on it.

I was looking at the pics and noticed it has the same mounting brackets I have. I think if you want to put it on a newer Cherokee you'll probably need new brackets.

Honestly, I use a rachet strap. Got a 35 up there and it goes no where.
