i have a 1.75" die, and if i needed to bend some 1.5", i'd use that trick. like i said, a few bends sure, but not a whole cage. just buy the die for the size tube you plan on using most of the time.

so i finally got a nice day to get out in the garage and measure everything with my design i measured about 98 ft of DOM so i am gonna get 5 sticks of 24 ft to have 120 ft for any mistakes or just to have extra plus i am doing frame stiffeners and rocker replacement.
now with the frame stiffeners do i just cut around the crossmember and the other brackets on the frame. plus since i already have a front bumper tie in brackets on the front do i just put the stiffeners from the control arm bracket to the leaf spring bracket.
also should i do 3 hoops at the a b and c or go with one big piece from the a to the rear wheel bumps in the cargo and have a straight piece come across the tops and have one from the b up.
i am also going with 1 1/2'' x .188 DOM
and with everything on speedy metals just to get a estimate came out to 1,288$

Might have time this weekend. Need to buy exhaust pipe for my muffler and wouldn't mind trying to get my tie rod and gauge lights in sometime soon. I'll let you know what's up. I'm cutting, relocating, and redoing the angle on my stinger, and reinforcements would be nice.

so i did some more research on a bender and i am going with the pro tools 150 standard and getting the degree dial and i am going to make the stand for it and die is gonna come out to be between 500-600 depending on die size. now the budget is broke but whatever you never think you would spend as much as it really is
