Rocky Road Outfitters
Anyone ever do business with Rocky Road Outfitters or DPG Offroad? Which is better cost wise and customer service wise? I'm looking to get an OME 3" Lift by the end of the year and would like to save myself money and headaches. Any reviews of these two companies would be great. TIA

frequent readers of this forum would see my MANY posts bashing these clowns...google them. I had one of their hybrid deals on order for over two months. They told me when I ordered and took my $$ that all was in stock and will be 10 days max...3 weeks go by ,send a few emails and leave a few messages no return nuttin...wasent until I got the Utah BBB involved did I get my money back..THEY SUCK...trust me I aint the only one...DPG is great...I will tell you the main issue is OME is made in Australia and it seems that they send one container of stock once every 35 years!...unless it is a real slow boat lol seriously it is hit or miss if you can get OME stuff when promised...the reputable guys will tell you either up front or let you know that it will be a awhile..(DPG) rocky road will leave with you standing there with something in your hand but it aint your stuff you wanted if you know what I mean

Rocky road customer service and shipping sucks. Took me 2 months to get a budget boost. And now that i know better, they have some false claims about their products and competitors products. I would avoid them.
Never had an issue with dpg.

The first time I called there I talked to the dude for ~30 mins got to the end and reaized they had the best price to boot. A few of the guys that work there drive XJ's so they know what works.

Thats a bummer to hear that, They have a 3" lift with shocks for $299. WAS thinking about getting it, but I guess I will stay away from them now.
