Default Rock Slider Mounting Question

I'm having some sliders built and want to know what others are doing as far as mounting them. I plan on fish plating the frame with 1/4 inch plate & then welding the sliders to that. Does any 1 see a problem with this? Is there a better way to mount them if so please post pics. Thanks

well I have AJs sliders and TnT frame stiffeners. I welded the sliders to the stiffeners but I forgot to tell Aj that I was going with stiffeners also so there was a 3/16 gap at the pinch weld which i just put washers at the pinchweld bolts to take up the difference..works fine for me....I would suggest stiffeners now vs the fish plate. just a better install in my opinion and helps keep the unibody and doors tight
