Default rims

I have a set of american racing 16 inch rims with 31 inch m/t and when i tried to put the on the rim was to thick for the studs? what should i do?

buy longer studs?

i cant find anywhere that has them. are there a lugnut i can buy that will make it hold until i can find some studs

I've never used them personally but possibly wheel spacers have longer studs? Not sure on that, just a suggestion to look into.

Are you sure they don't use a different type of lug nut that goes into the wheel?
