Default Replacing water pump and part that the idler pulley was attached to broke

Replacing water pump in jeep cherokee xj 1995 and part that the idler pulley was attached to broke what is this part called? Need to know so i can replace. Thank you!

because simply adding a spring operated tensioner would be far too complicated for chrysler.

It wont let me add a pic but its not the bolt or the pulley
Its the part ​​​the bolt screws into behind the pulley

You're in Australia? Right hand drive?

If so, it's details like this we need to know...not many RHD users on the site, not a popular rig here in the states.

Also, the little block with the holes in it, in both links, is what the idler pulley bolts into. It has 2 holes, one to adjust the tension, the other to bolt the pulley into. You adjust the tension, then tighten the pulley bolt, that locks it in place.
