Without some details I'm going to say you need an adjustable trackbar.

Question front end problem

Well I just put a new one in and had to pull the front axle over to the drivers side to get the new one to line up. Before I had to pry the axle to the passenger side to get it out. So I'm still kinda at a loss.

Sounds good, chief. Post as much as you can of the axle and related steering and suspension components and let's see what you're working with.

Chris, have you owned this XJ for long? It looks like the drivers side LCA (lower control arm) mount (body end) had sheared off in the past and been re-welded out-of-line...is the passenger side LCA mount like this also? This may account for your issue.

I would make certain by a qualified welder that that LCA mount is welded very well.

I'm referring to the 6th image you posted.

Yeah I have and the guy that had it before me was going to turn it into rock crawler . And yes both sides look like that. I will check the measurements against one of our other jeeps and see what they are. And I am sure that it is not done buy a certified welder or even some that is close. I repaired welding machines for some time and that looks like a stick weld or way to much heat with a mig welder ether way it looks like umm sh** . Hell I can do way better then that lol. So if they are off I should be able to get new brackets and reset them? Thanks for the extra eye on this 4WD4EVER

Well, chris, assuming the trackbar mount hasn't been boogered-up and the trackbar is the correct one, I would focus on taking some measurements on the lca mounts, both body and axle end, compared to another XJ. It's difficult to tell from just side-angle shots but, something tells me this is where the issue probably is. It has no lift on it so everything should be lining up and square.

I will check both mounts and the track bar should be oem it is a direct replacement.
