Default Replacing Power Window Mechanism

I'm not shy about the fact that I'm notorious for leaving my windows open when it rains - usually by accident and laziness.

But because of this water got into the door and my power window make this grinding noise whenever i'm either all the way up or all the way down as if the motor is still trying to move the window. Where as my other windows will just stop and make no noise.

Does anyone know offhand what part of the mechanism it is and how hard is it to replace since i'm mechanically inept. Would much rather avoid having to pay someone for the labor.

Honestly, just go to the junk yard and pick a new window regulator from there. It'll be about $30 and you can put it in yourself with just a few 10mm bolts.

I don't think it's the rain that makes the grinding, I think its the noise the little motors make when they start wearing out. Pretty common.
