I've got an 89 xj 4door, with power windows,locks, and mirrors. Both of my drivers side doors are rotted to the point where they have holes, around the door handles.

I was browsing Craigslist and I found a kid selling (4) xj doors, with manual everything, totally rust free, for 200bucks. I got them for 150. Score.

My question is, do I dump all my power stuff and replace all four of my doors with the manual ones, or should I just replace the two rotted doors and swap all my power stuff into them?

The new doors seem like the kid cut off all of the hinges so I need to swap all the hinges over, any other advice? It seems like a bigger job than I though it was going to be.. Thanks guys.
