Have a 96 Cherokee straight 6 4.0 ( love this motor!) I want to replace my ac compressor/clutch assembly and put a actual air compressor in it's spot and mount a tank to run on board air..is that doable? Or should I just get a electric compressor and tank..I'm building a buggy due to my Cherokee body rotting away from rust..

Yor welcome and welcome to cherokee forum. If you do this mod I really think you will be happy it is really surprising as to how much air it puts out for being a A/C pump!
