turning at high speeds can get scetchy, but you learn to deal.

DO NOT remove the front sway bar, get quick discos and only disconnect when on a trail.

As for the rear take that guy right out. The Jeep Cherokees with the Upcountry package didn't even come with the rear sway bar from factory

For slow speed offroad use no, as long as you know how it's going to handle.

On the street at 40 mph and you need to lock up the brakes or swirve around something, it can be a handfull to say the least.

why is it a bad idead to take the sway bars off if you just you it for off road use only?

whoa whoa, calm down scooter. he can go swaybar-less if he wants, if he knows how to handle his rig and knows its limit and etc. i don't see a problem if he wants to do what he pleases! x2 on scrapping the rear one, ALSO x2 on quick disco's.

I will say though, that if he doesn't know how to control his jeep and all that, that he could get himself killed, or someone else killed. I never plan on driving on the road without my front sway bar, especially when for 100 dollars, you can get some discos

I have a 3" lift thats pretty stiff but will flex pretty great and I dont run front or rear sway bars and it handles perfectly fine at highway speeds with tight turns. Also is very stable when drifting in dirt and grass feilds on my property. This is with stiff suspension handling most likely wont be the same with whatever your running.

I have a 6.5" RC lift and took the rear right out!! took time to adjust but is just fine. I have quick disconnects up front. I would suggest leaving your front sway bar on if you plan on driving over 55.

Yea, front sway bar, you CAN drive without it, but it makes it a little unstable, plus the swaybar stops you from rolling over- good idea to keep the front. As for the rear- well, there's leaf springs back there, the swaybar does nothing, at least I can't tell any difference, junk the rear, it'll give you alot more articulation.

I have the same lift! What discos are you running? All the one's I find say something like "up to 6" of lift".
