Recommended Tune Up
change every fluid there is to change, diff's, tranny, t-case, oil of course. Plugs and check wires.
Look for excessive oil around the head, if there is, consider a new head gasket.
Air filter.
Flush the cooling system.
Lube all the hinges and stuff.
Thoroughly inspect all the vaccum lines.
In general, take a real good look at everything, and if it looks like it might even think about being damaged, fix/replace it.
That's where I'd start.

id do the tps and the iac and clean the throttle body plugs wires and cap and rotor, u joints too axle and drive shafts, brakes, fuel filter. thats bout all i can think about

Also flush the brake fluid. This should be done periodically, anyway, but most never do. The more moister you have in your environment the more often it should be done. Brake fluid absorbs moisture, and water in the brake system is bad.

Also you might want to take a good look at the under dash wiring and fuse block to be sure no one had played around in there and left damaged or uninsulated connections while adding lights or other accessories. Cuts down on nasty surprises.
