Recommend me a portable air compressor

Not looking for one for constant use but rather the occasional flat fill up (31 inch tires) or airing up a few lbs after airing down.
I'd prefer a engine compartment mounted one rather than a carry one to save space and something cheap say under 175.00. Not sure if those exist so if a carry one is all that's available at that price range what do you recommend?

IF you have a compressor at your home you could a portable tank for pretty cheap. Tho it cant be engine mounted.
