Default Rear window replacement?

My awesome hubby busted out my back window and I REALLY don't want a Franken Jeep. Is it possible to replace the back window? Well, probable, I know anything is possible. Or is it just easier to take the hatch off a donor? I'm leaning more towards plexi glass but what do I know, I'm just a woman

Go to any glass shop and have it replaced you will never know it from the original........and the paint will match.

I used Plexiglas in my race cars for weight savings and I will tell you that you don't want those problems that come with it. Plus and mine was never exposed to the weather.

Yeah have a glass shop replaced it.Plexiglass is a nightmare on a street car,It will get a cloudy looking haze from the sun and it scratches easy. After a year it will be hard to see out of it.

Seriously, listen to these two...Plexi simply isn't worth it on a street car...and the glass shops are probably going to be reasonably priced since that piece is relatively flat.

If you have full coverage insurance you should have glass covered if money is a problem.
