Default Rear skylight/sunroof/vent

Has anyone attempted to put in a rear skylight, sunroof, or even one of those rv/trailer pop up vent windows towards the back of the XJ above cargo area or rear passengers?
thought it would be cool to do at some point...just looking for feedback on the idea.

Only part that I think would make it difficult is the roof has all the raised ridges for the luggage rack.

1. I wish mine never had a sunroof installed(nothing but problems)
2. If you do enough google searching you can find an actual Profesional Sunroof installer document for installing sunroofs into cherokees. They had to send out a special document because of the ridges.

you need to have a special instilation or get the special parts due to the ridges in the roof. Most sun rooms and especially RV windows are not designed for the ridges.

you wil notice even Factory installed sun roofs have a special flat roof where the sunroof is as the ridges stop early

I've thought about it but I decided a new bumper for me instead, no offense but the money could be better spent elsewhere

Until it flexes, and eventually it will, and breaks down over time. If it is not done properly by a professional, it will leak eventually.

If it didn't come with it, it should never have it.

In my 2001 Ford Focus I spent 1,000.00 on the top of the line sun roof maaco offered. I also got window tint done at the same time. That sunroof leaked no matter what i did, I took the car back weekly... still leaked. The guy blamed everything from dirt to my driving.
