Rear recovery set-up
Just curious to what everyone is running for rear recovery? I have 2" hitch and stock bumper. Picked up a smittybilt 3/4" d ring and receiver for $35 at AZ. Didn't know if there is something else i could do or if this is ok. Its rated for 10,000 lbs.

Is the receiver you bought made for a D ring or is it just a receiver for a ball hitch??
I run the actual D ring receiver, works great. I pulled out a frame hung 86 3/4 Suburban with 35's
hard pull. I would reccomend not using a chain though. Get a nice strap, ones with good stretch work the best.
