Default rear leaf spring bolt extract??

ok i ran into another bolt giving me problems. the bolt mounting the top of the rear shackle will not come out all the way or go back in. i got the threads out of the frame but it will not come all the way out of the sleeve or go back into the threads on the frame. i had the same problem with the front of the leaf spring but i could tap that with a hammer while i threaded it in but there is not room in the back to do that. i took it to the shop and they said it is seized in the sleeve and they would have to torch it all off and replace the shackle for around $200-$300??? i did just spend 12hours putting the lift kit on to save $500 to spend 200 for one bolt. i am going to go back and get the cherokee and just trying to come up with how to get it out? maybe some kind of a wedge or pickle fork to pound in there? thanks again.

Can you cut the bolt in half and use new hardware?

I'm assuming you are still removing the factory hardware...

Default Yep factory hardware

I think I will just order new shackles and cut it apart with the sawzall. Ever shackle I have seen on the web site though all seem like lift shacklesthat add a few inches and I don't really want to add any.
