Default Rear Bumper

I am going to be getting a new rear bumper for my 98. I am either looking at the smittybilt with tire carrier or the Rustys Offroad and then just build myself a tire carrier. I want first hand experience with these 2 different bumpers if possible or any other bumper i should be looking for! I want maximum clearance in the rear with having a spare tire.

I have only seen 2 reviews on the smittybilt and both wasn't too happy with it.Rustys most don't like and won't buy off them.
