Why not wait and see before making comments like that? He hasnt even started....He did state he is waiting for his frame side mounts.
I use single sided tabs on all of my axle side brkts. I do box them once burned in and have never had an issue.
I think you need to jump off your high horse....your gonna get nose bleeds up there.

We all know what assumtions are like.....

Don't ya hate when you have a t-shirt that is one color and then they try to get all fancy and use completely different color thread to do the stitching?

The rest of the links are waiting to be ordered im using ballistic fab chassis mounts the links i have pictured are getting boxed i have steel to box them the lower and upper links and 2 by .250 wall DOM 1.25 heims all on the frame side and rubbe joints on the axle side
whats the 3/8" plate being welded to?
as for the rear truss, not sure if you have anything set in stone yet, but i built mine for housing strength, as well as future possibility of link mounts. was super easy to do this way. In the past i wasted my time fiddling with 2x6 and not having it come out as nice as i had hoped.
used some 3/8" bar, bent it to the outline i wanted and filled it all in with 3/16" plate

its also tied into the pinion guard, but you wont have that option with an 8.25

For the rear truss im using 2x6 1/4 box steel im not racing to finish this project its a build it when i have free time kind of thing i was leaning towards the exact truss you have pictured but i got the 2x6 for free from a friend who also has a plasma cutter to cut it nicely and the upper links are getting welded to the 1/4 frame plating across the whole under neath of my unibody
