Default Rc 6.5" on 35's vs. Rc 4.5 on 33's

What kit is better for a half DD and half trail beast?
Are 35's doable with stock axles?
Can you substitute the T case drop kilt with the SYE and extended drive shaft?
Is this kit worth the loot or its better to stick with the 4.5"?

Do you need a SYE and drive shaft with the 4.5" lift?

Sorry for all the noob Q's, but I"m a noob

Would it be practical to do 4.5" lift kit with 2" blocks to equal 6.5" lift and add 35" tires on stock axles?

I really appreciate all the input, thanks guy's.

First I don't know what year your xj is, so I can't say if the axles are strong enough for 35's. Honestly, if this is a DD/trail rig, go for the 4.5" lift and 33's. It's more practical and less work than the 35's. A lot of upgrades are needed to your rig to fit larger tires. I would run 35's but if I think about it, I really don't need to.

Edit: Yeah i'm pretty sure an SYE is better than a t-case drop. Also I wouldn't suggest doing 2" blocks to equal 6.5" of lift. I suggest just doing it completely 4.5" OR 6.5", full leafs and such.

Take it from me who does exactly what you want to. Go with 33s. Way too much stuff to do to make 35s do right under your rig.

There's not much you couldn't do on 33s and 4.5" than I could. You might could get by with a TC drop and some shims but don't think that the SYE is a crazy project. It's not bad at all. And you can use a stock auto XJ frot shaft.
