Do u have power to both power wires?
Radios have 2. 1 is constant (normally yellow) and one switch (normally red)
If you have power to both and a good ground to the radio it can only be on the head unit. Check the fuse on the unit if its good then its dead.

Is it a removeable face? I had a Pioneer that would crap out on me because the contacts on the back of face plate were dirty and loose.

dang i have that same deck, scary! any way there is no removable face plate for that one. And your saying that there is no power getting there at all? the screen and button light dont come on? I would test your wires and make sure your getting a current. I replaced a lot of my wiring, although i have only had the deck for about three months now so im not sure how it ages.

To have it working correctly you want a 12volt constant power wire to the radio. If u run a new wire you will want a fuse in the wire
