Are the radio and lights somehow connected??

So I tried to hook my new 5K HIDs and forgot to run inline wire relays. When I turned them on it was all good, but they would not turn off so I had to disconnect the battery. Now my power amp to my sub box will not turn off. The remote wire and fuses are fine and im having trouble firguring this out! Help??
