Secondly, War sucks, I fully understand that, but this place is NOT to help find your efforts. Fight your own battles.

I mean, after all this fuss, is there someone can help me to find this code for my radio ? There are people whom travel to the moon and we are not able to enter into the primitive logic of a 1999 car-radio ?

It also lists a phone number to call. Or you can call your local dealer to get that information. You know what, I have the pic of your radio, I'll try calling my dealer here tomorrow (monday) and see if they can get me the code,

I can't believe how difficult it is to get a stupid code.
I have been researching this for 2 days. Thought I found a site that would give a code for free. They make you wait for an email, or pay to have it right now.
What a racket. They originally intended to prevent theft, but made a complete monster of scammers and crooks doing so.
I'm still looking. Bear with me. Or contact Jeep. Or, pay one of these rip off artists.
Unbelievable. I'm so sorry for you having to go through this crap.

I finally succeeded ! I purchased on EBAY the code so the radio works. The quality of the sound is not much good as is an old system. However Ii particulr, t has a udible noise while playing cassettes. I gues comes from drive mechanisms or motor. I want to fix and post as new matter.
Again thanks to all for your valuable help !
