Default quick noob question

I was checking out http://www.roughcountry.com/jeep_xj_suspension_lift_kits.html and couldn't figure out the difference between these two lift sets:

Jeep XJ Cherokee Suspension Lift Kit

and

Jeep XJ Long Arm Suspension Lift Kit

Could someone educate this noob on the difference? I have a 94 Cherokee Sport 4x4 if that helps determine what one I have.

Thanks!

Short arm vs long arm.
They are different size control arms. Long arms gives you the best ride for 4"+ and a huge increase on flex over short arms. If you want to get a 4-4.5" lift I would get long arms. If you want 3.5" or less go short arm. Thats what I would do at least.
