Default Question Re: CNG Powered XJs

Sorry if this has been covered, but I've found what appears to be a running 1994 CNG fueled XJ that has about 90,000 miles. It appears to be a fleet vehicle and is in relatively good condition. How much should one pay and is a big headache to own and maintain them if you can get the CNG? Thanks in advance for the help.
