I just bypassed the child safety switch. Dont even have to go into the door.
I just shorted the in and out power wire behind the kick panel at the driver's feet.

This video pretty much says it all except I didn't solder them. I used one of the trailer harness wire clips to attach 2 wires together. Just make sure you get one for 12 gauge wire and you are done.

I used that same blue connector to fix mine. No wire splicing or soldering. Took 10 minutes start to finish and all was working again (minus the lock button). Very easy fix.

Both of my passenger windows don't work, I tried the other buttons and the master switch dims... is that normal?

Or course its not normal.
rule of thumb. If the switch LED is lit up, it has power. If not green LED, not power going to it..

Im guessing if it dims, there is a big current draw somewhere.

Default power windows :(

Such a hack fix for a fairly easy solution. The problem seems to lie the the child safety button. Pop the door panel off, remove the switch panel, pop all the window buttons (all six of them), unscrew the switch body front and back halves and remove the circuit board. Resolder the joints and check continuity on the wires to make sure nothing is broken in the door boot. While you are in there, check the detent spring and make sure the child safety switch stays in the down position when cycled. Mine was bent, so even after I repaired the solder the spring wasn't catching so it was always releasing back to a shorted state rendering the switch useless.
