I was going to suggest the search function on the forum. That question has been pretty well beaten to death.

Blocks in the rear must be well secured by design. Blocks in the rear will allow spring wrap up when applying torque to rear end.
That said, I run 2.5" block and 3/4" of wedge in the rear. Well secured, no will not fly out, yes have spring wrap issue. Run that way for many many miles.
Peep is currently in drydock receiving a lift resolution to all these issues.
For your front, a 2" budget boost urethane sleeve above your front spring will resolve the front to rear leveling.
You can buy shocks for "Up Country" factory option or Rancho brand shock produced by Monroe made longer for lift applications.
At 2" you can run the original track bar. You will need more caster by pushing your lower control arm adjustment out and also be sure to check and adjust for 1/8" toe in.
Now that you are bitten, life long affliction, no cure, most common symptom is to continue to throw money at it.
Be proud with your 1st step in XJ elevation. Next develop a goal and a plan for your rig so you make best use of your budget.
Enjoy!
