A buddie of mine has one on his late 90's Corolla.

He took a chunk of sheet metal and riveted it in place through some hood braces. Then he siliconed the edges and ran the bolt through the hood and plate. Its actually really secure.

I'll see if I can get a pic.

 

where do you find those? on what jeep? i should say

 

clockwise you find them on old jeep wagoners or old jeep trucks got mine off a 73 jeep truck
