Just curious how those of you equipped with a-pillar/cowl spot/fog lights like them. post up any pro's and cons. how well they light the road over the hood, glare etc. And photos if ya got em. thinking of mixing up my own blend and want to hear some opinions.

mine are right next to the cowl.

when the hood was black they worked great, but now that the hood is light colored they reflect back through the windshield and make visibility worse at night.

N20. Why don't u tape a line under the lights and paint it flat or satin black. It would look great imo and help with the glare.

sweet jeep. and nice four link

Yea that's one thing I am considering. My jeep is white. If I did do these style lights, I would paint the hood matte black. which I think would look cool. thanks for the input!

btw, I'm a light *****, my last truck (ranger) had about 600 watt's of HID power on the front of it.

Made some brackets a while back and used some hella 500 driving lights. Absolutely love em, and great light output. Not much glare but might be because its a dark color.

I'm considering this as well. I can't decide between the cowl or the a-pillar. I like the look of the cowl a bit more.
