thanks for the pictures they help a lot on the way Im trying to get my Jeep to look like! you wouldn't know by chance what size lift looks good without putting tires on it.(not saying im not gonna put tires on it later but right now im just going to stick with stock).

oddly enough I don't have a build thread anywhere on the 'net. I was just too lazy to ever do one. I never really had a structured plan for it, we just added whatever was most needed at the time.

maybe 2 inches? You might could do a front-to-rear spring swap and get an inch or two. Google it. I'm too tired to explain, LOL. you might could find more info in the Grand Cherokee section of this forum. If yours is an '02 it's the next generation up from mine, so I don't know how much carries over.

10,000 lb and I think 75 feet of cable?

ok thanks anyway you've been a lot of help! I think Im going to get a 01 Gr. Cherokee with a 2.5-3in lift and later down the line get some all terrains!

I have a 8000lb winch with 100' of cable. it'll do the job for a jeep.

I know this is a sin, but if money is not a factor and both are 4wd, I'd rather have the Toyota. I'm not willing to pay fr it though, on something that is going to get mud inside & out and probably get dented numerous times.
