Default Picked up my first Jeep last night!

I got my first Jeep last night. I’ve been looking about a month now and finally found one that checked all the boxes on my list.

I got a 96 XJ sport with 91k on it, 4.0, Auto, 4 door, 4wd with the 8.25 rear. The paint is pretty bad, but the interior is in great shape. Anyway, I’ll try and get pictures up when I can. I used to have a photobucket account, but they went crazy over there.

Most of them. I need to add a little tranny fluid, the coolant needs to be flushed, oil looks good. I have not checked the diffs nor the transfer case as of yet. I haven’t been driving it around much, just around the yard. I’m going to get my tag transferred to it today and then check everything out before I start driving it around. My daughters are ready to take a ride in it though.

Nice find. I had an '01 Sport, you'll never find a more dependable Jeep imo. I just picked up my 2nd ZJ. Dad used to have a '94 XJ - That 4.0 is bulletproof, nice choice. Welcome to the club!

Thanks guys. I probably could have found one with better paint for a little cheaper than I paid for this one, but this one is mechanically sound, the interiors not completely beat up, low miles and it was local. I don’t have a lot of free time so driving all over looking at Jeeps was a little tough. I feel lucky to have found this one.
