Just say no to black.

They look great on your silver XJ as is. I wish I had them.

Exactly. As others said sell them and get black wheels if that's what you want. Some guy who wants Moabs as they are will appreciate you not spray bombing them black...

that is the one thing i do appreciate about stock wheels, they know how good they look as they design them.
if they looked good black, jeep would've had them powdercoated black.

leave em raw with some decent streetable tires and get yourself a set of black steelies for your off road tires.

or you can sell them and make some decent cash.

I wouldn't spray paint them I would get them professionally done. How much could I get for just the wheels?

I just bought some on CL. Paid 350 for 4 that were in excellent shape.

If you paint them black and ever want to resell them, it'll bring down their value and probably be very hard to even sell.

Is the finish on them all ****ty, or are they in good shape?
If ****ty beyond repair, paint them. If not, leave them alone.

The finish isn't horrible but definatly not perfect..still debating

black moabs are sick. you should look into powder coating before you just paint em. the powder coat will last alot longer.

Yeah I thought about powdercoating them..there is a guy down the road that does it for cheap.
