I love the O'Reillys in my home town. It's nice to walk in and say Jeep Cherokee and the clerk asks "The XJ?" Insert big grin here. Lol, now my current town AutoZone and Advance knows me so well that I simply walk in and they start entering my vehicle data.

I usually try OReilly's first and generally have decent luck during the week, but I swear they save the dumbest guys they have to work on Sundays.

I frequent my local auto parts store... I usually try to get the same people to help also. I tend to find which ones that turn the screen to ask questions like which engine? Which model? Does this look like the one?
It really isn't difficult to be a parts monkey at an auto parts store now a days because the computer basically tells you everything. I worked for Autozone when I was in high school. The extent of technology was parts catalogs and the green screen computer from like the 80's... The tech was there but they where too cheap to upgrade... It was freeking terrible.
