Opinions on Maaco paint???
Here in Jersey, Maaco sucks. They only do a light scuff on the old paint and then paint over it. No real prep work done there. I agree with a previous poster about overspray on the windows and tires. It's just like "Really? On the TIRES?" I had a car done there once and they painted it the wrong color. Figure that one out.
I did all the body and prep work myself and the paint job came out awesome. But it was the wrong color. When they repainted it, it came out all orange peeled like thier normal paint jobs. So I sold it. You can def tell a Maaco paint job when you see one that's for sure.
Maaco is good if you know how to wet sand and buff after they are done with it and you're looking to sell the car. They are way cheaper than body shops which do it the correct way. You're not gonna get a $3500 paint job for 200 bucks. So you get what you pay for.
