That's not what I'm saying. Pay attention. If the owner of the jeep ie the guy who blew it up can make 40 lbs of tannerite wich is legal and do, he can do what ever he want to said own jeep.

I have said it once. None of this is an illegal act. You can do what ever you want to your vehicle on your own property. You can burn your ride, crash your ride, jump your ride, and blow it up. If its out side of city limits where you can shoot a gun its legal to pack it full of tannerite. And make it go boom.

I'd be willing to bet that there are state if not federal laws guiding how you can and can't dispose of a vehicle. All I'm saying is there is a very good possibility that it is in fact braking SOME law. If you can think of it there's a law for it. As of this year the US Federal code is 200,000 pages and that doesn't include uncodified statutes, executive orders, and hundred of thousands of rules and regulations by all of the alphabet agencies and that's not even getting into state laws yet.

Laws dealing with vehicle disposal are at the state level, some states have very strict laws regarding disposal of vehicles, some have none at all.

Even in the states with the strictest laws it would still be legal if you removed all the fluids, stripped the vehicle down to the bare body/frame and cleaned up all the pieces when you were done.
