93 sport 4.0 auto.The other day started the "The Dog House",started like normal,ran for about 30 secs,died.Wouldnt start.Good battery,good fuel pressure.Opened the distributer cap to take a peek,the center electrode was gone,nothing but the spring.Picked up a new cap,still no start,replaced the coil,runs like a champ now.Anybody ever had the electrode in the cap just disappear?I looked and didn't see anything in there.Must be magic?lol
