Okay so i picked up my ax15 and np231j the tranny has 100k and the t case has 208k on it.. think ill get problems out of it?

Inspect your TCase chain thru the fill and drain holes. If it's sloppy (stretched) consider replacing prior to your install. A little easier on the shop bench.
