Id say save your pennies and just go with a base line 3" lift with full packs, coils, and shocks.
Youll be happer in the long run.
If thats completely out of your budget then 2" spacers and a small drop shackle would be OK.

Whatever I do, I want to at least fit 31" mud tires.
I'd like to get 4.5 suo I can run 33" so I was thinking a3"
Suspension and 1.5" spacers.
Again, $ is the main issue right now thou

A cheap 3" lift with full packs will run you 400-600ish with shipping.
Add another 50 on that for spacers and shackles to take you up to 4.5..
Then at 4.5 youll get into the more expensive needs.
Youll have to have longer lower arms (uppers would be ideal also).
Extended trac bar, brake lines, at that point you may need a SYE too.
So after all that youll probably be in close to 800-1000+

I'm going to argue with you on that one tuff is actually a decent product without the issues the rough leaf packs have not to mention they have some of the best customer service out there.

From what ive read, and heard tuff country is almost exactly on par with RC as far as quality goes, and is lacking in the customer dept area.
I spoke with a buddy who owns his own shop, and who is a dealer for some of the higher end brands of lift kits..he always spoke about how poor both RC and Tuff Country were. If I remember right I think he told me they were essentially the same company, just on different coasts.

I've run both. Do you know from first hand experience? Have you ran the lifts? Have you wheeled with those brands? I have I know and trust me the tuff country is a decent product and a amazing value. As for the customer service that's bull**** the service is absolutely great v

I have run rough country yes, and it sucked.
Have not run tough country simply out of the negative things ive heard about them..they seem to be geared more towards truck lifts. I only found a few small things about them over on JF and the guy was complaining about the quality, and the bad customer service.

I'm just saying its hard to offer a educated opinion on the matter without first hand experience. Look at hi point fire arms for example 90% of the people that say there garbage have never shot one and the people who own them say there golden for the price. Same principle is it on par with skyjacker re or iro no but the op wants a cheap decent quality lift and from personal experience it's hard to beat tuff on a budget.
