Hey guys ive got another question for ya. For as long as I can remember, when I go offroad my suspension pops and clicks like crazy and I have never figured out why. Does anyone elses do this?

3" lift, clayton long arms, rock crawler track bar, serious offroad 1-ton steering, shackle relocation brackets w/ 1.5" shackles.

 

Unibodies make noise are you sure its not that?

 

My rig is noisy as **** even on normal roads, its when it gets louder or gets quiet is when you need to worry. The rest is normal.

 

Try lubing all the joints you can,If that don't make a change then its the unibody but with a reinforcement kit welded on and a roll cage should kill most of the unibody sounds.

 

Check bushings and check for any rubbing. Lube anything that needs lubing. Give it a nice check up. You could also get a friend to push or jump on it up and down while you lay under to find any noises. Or get them to turn your steering wheel as you look.

 

It could be the inherent binding flaws the suspension has....

It could be other things...
