Suppose to say " need an opinion"

I have a 96 that I picked up with a 3.5" lift for a 1000.. what should I do.

RC 4.5" long arm w 1" spacers / shackles and run 32s..

Or break the bank and go 6.5" la and lift on 33s?

Didn't want to spend that much Money but curious if anyone has pics of the rc 4.5 on their jeep and how it handles.

Keep the 3.5" lift and cut the fenders to fit 32-33s, if you want it pretty get some cut out flares. You'll have a lower center of gravity and wont have to tare into suspension.

What about articulation? Both sway bars are gone.

Unless its a trail rig only, get some discos for upfront. Pretty dangerous without any sway bars.. Id say that the 3.5" with a 1" BB and long arms is a good way to go. If you trim a bit and bumpstop accordingly, then 31's or 32's will fit quite nicely. Just make sure to get shocks that can accommodate the flex. Going to the full 6.5" la setup, there will be sufficient steering and driveline adjustments needed that will cost more than the lift itself. As it is, at 4.5 inches a SYE and frog DS is suggested, if not a 3-4* shim and/or a TC drop (but a TC drop will negate some of the lift you just did... Also an adjustable track bar or the cheaper alternative a relocation bracket.. My .02!

With the discos.. I drive 5 miles to work and 30 to offroad. No sharp turns. Not much body roll. So ill cut the fenders to accomidate 32s and do the 4.5 la from rough country. Do a 1" bump and a 1" shackle. Use bar pin eliminators.
