You know you drive a Cherokee when:
A 45 year old dude shows up to buy three toasted tires for $100 bucks for his "Ruby" sees 5 Cherokees in your driveway and says: "Whats with all the Cherokees? Its too bad they are not Wranglers" and you reply: "Thats ok my MOM has one."

YKYDAXJ when you're at the supply house and the guys are talking about Jeeps, turns out they are talking about the newer GCs and Libertys. They ask for my opinion on them and say "I'd rather drive my old XJ for 400k miles than buy a new GC or liberty"

Honestly, I still wouldn't buy one. If I want hp, I'd have a muscle car, if I want a Jeep, it better have solid axles and tons of torque. which the GC doesn't have....besides, it looks too much like one of those bmw crossovers.

YKYDAXJW someone mentions installing junkyard parts from a different Make and/or Model to upgrade their broken stuff, and your first thought is, "I wonder if that would help me."
People at work tell me it isn't safe to use junkyard parts, and that I'm gonna kill myself in this thing when one of those parts breaks. They think I'm crazy cause I don't buy every part, nut, and bolt new from Chrysler. I tell em if my Chryco part broke once, it's just gonna break again...but the parts I salvage already proved they're stronger than the vehicle they were in.

Add it to your excellent Durango/ZJ write-up that people ignore. (Seriously.)

YKYDAXJW you change your oil at more like 1500-2000 miles. Only cuz it leaks much slower when the oil is good and fresh!
