You know you drive an XJ when your the only in the jeep who feels comfortable going 50mph.

You know you drive an XJ when your friends have bigger trucks and still get better mpg than you.

 

You know you drive an XJ when you tell the officer "But, sir! She SAID she was only going 60. Maybe your radar gun is broke?" and you aren't lying.

You know you drive an XJ when you seriously debate paying off that last little bit of your credit card bill, or buying parts instead.

You know you drive an XJ when you are tempted to eat the fine your HOA will surely level at you if you park a parts-jeep in the driveway.

 

You know you drive an XJ when you spend your tax return on more parts, i can't wait for my RC 6.5 inch shortarm kit.

hehehe one of my closest friends owns his own offroad custom fab shop and has decided, with out me, to design a 4 link suspension with D60 front and rear.

... when you get asked why you didn't get a wrongler and it nearly starts a fight...
... you hear the words "declared a natural disaster zone" and rejoice because it means almost no one else will be on the 6" or more snow that is on the roads...

Nice my buddy wants to design his own long arm kit and upgrade the 6.5 inch lift he has already. Once i get my life my next step is re-gearing and some lockers cause those 33's i got with stock gears kill my mileage something horrible. But i'm riding classy

Also when you actually wash it (beyond parking in the rain) and regret it so much you immediately go out to find some mud.

 

for me its you know you drive an XJ when you finally wash it you take it somewhere and get some cool pictures cause you know it won't be clean long
