if u wheel it u wont be happy when u put a big gash in the chrome

Get the Outlaw 2's. That's what I have on mine. I painted them black and took out the center caps and they look awesome. And they do a hell of a job on and offroad.

 

I'd say choice 2. choice 1 doesnt allow for much air flow to your brakes making them real real hot.

 

I am selling a set of five american racing baja rims, they look exactly like your second choice. They're polished aluminum as well if you are intersted.

Of those 2 choices, the second looks better. Just my opinion, but I think black wheels would look much better on a maroon Cherokee.
