Stock size is 5 1/4 all around. You can fit 6"-6.5" in the doors depending on the speaker, but you'll have to either make new screw holes or only use 2-3 of them more than likely.

In the rear you can do the same, you can fit 6-6.5" speakers in the soundbar, however you'll need to use new screws (you'll have to do this anyways.. the stock speakers are often riveted in with plastic) My recommendation is to use sheet rock screws and just press hard and screw them in. I've yet to have a problem out of my 6.5" speakers done like this. Once again depending on the speaker they may not fit flush when you test fit them, but no worries. Just put all 4 screws in about half way, then tighten them in a criss cross pattern going around and round. They'll pull right in easily.

You could, but the wide threading of the drywall screws seemed to work best for holding onto the fiberglass soundbar. I've changed the rears out to 3 different sets of speakers and the same screws still hold the speakers in tight. I really wouldnt recommend self tapers, they'll leave a hold that is hard to fit a new screw in should they fail.. Plus you cant put a whole lot of force on the fiberglass soundbar or you'll strip out the holes. Just get it snug.

6"x9" fit easily with some modifications in the soundbar. I did and it was a great mod projects sound well and compensates for the lack of speakers in the middle.
Recently added these for when running doorless but it brings the whole system together.
