I kind of like this idea. I'd like to see everyones general maintanence and upkeep and solutions to various normal wear and tear
I'll be watching to see if I can get some ideas for good upkeep on my engine as I want my jeep to last a long time

here is my old stocker. I do miss having my nice clean stock DD. pride and joy

Well I think the base idea is fine.

With many of us its our daily driver. I think you would have a lot of enthusiasm if you did not have such a narrow door.

Take my Jeep for instance. My goal with it is to be able to take the family to Disney for a trip comfortably and still take it on trails.

But I am out because I changed the stock appearance.

There is almost no one on here that doesn't want at least a 2" bb at some time.
Or some other small cosmetic change.
My Jeep drives awesome, has ac, cruise, etc...

My brothers wife's Jeep has 2"aal and 30" street radials and she would be out!

I mean if you want a pure stock club that's fine. I just think your drawing the line with no room to breath

But you know that's your deal and not mine. I can respect that. Just offering some advice.

Maybe I willow start a "no trailer queen, daily driver club?" 8)

Fret not! As soon as I start Modding my 2nd Cherokee, I will start a group for them also.
Skip it then...if this is about exclusive membership...I don't want any part of that. Exclusion just leads to limited knowledge. I am about expanding knowledge, not limiting it.

One thing I tended to like about Jeeping is that no one cares what you run...as long as you are running. Hell, seen Jeepers wheel with different brands, lifted or stock. I got the point of having a focus, but sounds one or two people teying to control the conversation of others. At least on the surface. Maybe I am wrong...but I never will know will I!

Love my stock Jeep. It will most likely stay that way. I don't intend to lift it, just keep maintaining her.

Tinted windows don't count right? Lol

Black wheels add like 10 hp, and the fog lamps are another 5 hp..... May have to go before the "Grand Poo-Baa" and plead your case.

What if Im running ZJ front coils? do I still count as a stock jeep?

Look, it's about stock Cherokees. If he says 'okay, I'll let you in because you're just lifted 2 inches' then the next guy will come along and say, 'Hey, I'm only 2.5, can I join?' then 3, then 6 and at some point it's not a group anymore, it's just Cherokee Forum. He can draw the line wherever he wants and if you're not happy with it, join another club

I see this more about what you do with your XJ, not what you do to your XJ and I'm in.

I guess I should list my mods before I assume I qualify...

Aftermarket radio, speakers, and amp
Some LED interior lighting
110v inverter
Yakima roof rack (which can be installed and removed without tools)

You can only post here when you are not running your roof rack, and your LEDs have to be turned off

Wait...that on the exterior of your Jeep...is that a stock roof rack? And what about the two stickers on your rear window? Are your tail lights smoked?

And you are never more than 35 miles away from a Wal*Mart
